You can't be expected to file a complaint if you weren't aware that you had been taken. That 60-day limit lacks common sense.
Shit, here it is Saturday before kickoff, absolutely NO college football on TV.. WTF happened to kickoff classic? ... And I hit the New Posts button and up pops a "Any Lawyers out there?" thread, and I think, Saturday AM, Friday PM, oh boy, we'll have some wonderful story about booze, TGIF, cops, jail, bail, girlfriend no longer talking to me.... and all we get is a ticket dispute. I feel cheated and I don't think Pay Pal is gonna help me either.
eBay wrote me a BS generic letter saying they're sorry for the situation but they can't do anything. the OSU ticket office told me they can't give out any info about season ticket holders, so I can't prove this asshole is lying (thanks for the contact info Padraig).
I emailed the guy and told him I wasn't happy with them and I would send them back overnight if he wanted to try and resell them before the season. He countered with an offer to send me my money back after he got the tickets back. Then he got the email from eBay with my complaint and that they were siding with him, so he wrote another one basically telling me to fuck off, not those words.
I answered him by calling him a crook.
I'm pretty much fucked here. I spent over $2,000 on these tickets, and I doubt I'll even get $1,600 back. Add on the costs for tickets to Penn State and I've pretty much taken a 12 inch dildo up the ass.
I don't know how Jenna Jameson does it.

I wonder if by bidding on ebay you agree to some limit, though that might not even stand.
How about we just find out where he lives?
He sold them in May, so obviously he didn't know where they would be. He stated he has always been in A/AA in the past. He said last year he was on the 15 yard line in the A deck.Bucknut319 said:So what was the situation with the tickets? Did you get them, but they weren't as good as he stated?

I'm sorry to everyone- I forgot to put it in the description. I don't remember the exact seat, section, and row. I know they were at about the 15 yard line 18 rows up on the Ohio State sideline, and on the open or south stand end. I would guess they would be in that same area, but again I can't guarantee that. I will guarantee that the winning bidder WILL be the proud owner and receive two season tickets. Good luck and GO BUCKS!!!!</td></tr></tbody></table></td></tr></tbody></table>
That's exactly what it sounds like to me. Just enough BS to cover himself. I already put the tix back up on eBay.....link is in the ticket forum. I won't make close to what I paid.Bucknut319 said:Damn, I feel for ya man. Sounds like he put just enough bullshit verbage in there to cover his ass. Maybe you could try to resell them on Ebay and get your money back.
I'm assuming thats for when you don't get the object you paid for?methomps said:This isn't relevant to BN's situaiton, but just a word of warning: Never pay with money order and never pay with any balance you have on Paypal. Pay through Paypal with your credit card. If you have a problem, notify Paypal. When they say they can't help you, call your credit card company. Chances are your CC or Paypal will pay you out of their own pocket just to end the situation.
