any guitar players here?

I have been playing at the guitar for about 39 years and still love it. I am now playing a Takamine acoustic EG-330c. My son decided to stick to drums and gave me his old electric guitar and i am finding a world of difference in the 2 different ways of playing. The electric to me is easier because of the way to play your bar-chords. Bar chords on an acoustical is harder to me. But thats just my opinion but i still love jamming and learning from some of the younger guys. My 2 favorites at playing the guitar are Phil Keaggy and Eric Clapton.

Very cool, man, very cool.

You listen to a lot of Megadeath, or at least like Hangar 18, don't you? :wink: I only say that because what I would call the main riff just made me think "Hangar 18" immediately. :lol:

Definitely very good, though. The solo wasn't that sloppy, I didn't think. But hell, I can barely play 3 chords, so what do I know? :lol:

I haven't listened to Hangar 18 for a long time.... but yeah, I love that song. And I do like me some Megadeth. :biggrin:

I hadn't played for a couple of days and just picked my guitar up and came up with that. Might not be the most original thing, but it was fun to play/write. :lol:

Thanks for the feedback guys.

The more I listen to it the more I dislike some of the drum parts. Threw those together in about 10 minutes.. haha
