put a boot on, pour water into the boot, sit outside for three hours this afternoon. if that doesnt fix it youll have frostbite and you wont have any problems.

see the doctor, dont trust some doctorb...

I really liked the advice from Otis, but figured I wanted to be able to at least have my foot for the rest of my life...

As for the ankle it is getting better but I think that it was a high ankle sprain and is taking just a little time to heal...
