-Like Bmax I make my living on computers and I don't know what I would be doing without them and since I spend so much time on computers BP.
-TV and more recently Tivo.
-I don't know what I would do without a cell phone. My only problem is that I have 2 now because they gave me a Blackberry for work. I have to say the Blackberry is getting me hooked on Internet from anywhere.

Didn't he start the Blackberry corporation so that people would be able to use his Internet from anywhere? If I'd known all of this 6 years ago I might have voted for him. :p

Music.
I have gone for stretches, sometimes up to months at a time, without touching the computer, the PlayStation, or watching the TV. There are a lot of these things I enjoy, but I could get by without them. Sometimes I drink beer every day for a week-and-a-half straight, sometimes I may not touch it for weeks at a time. Same goes with liquor, cigars, and all my other vices and addictions. Sometimes I need them or am compelled to feed them, but I could get through the day without a lot of those luxuries, provided I always have the one other diversion: Music.
If I couldn't hear music anymore, I would go insane within 24 hours.

Seeing as this thread is things that you CANNOT do without I would have to say nothing. I have had to give up everything during basic training so I know that I could go without everything.
I wouldn't want to go without my cell phone. I could go without it but I happen to like having it with me. If I start to walk out the door in the mornings without my cell phone, my 6 year old son will stop me just to give me my phone.

Sex and food don't count since the human race would die without one and you would die without the other. I'm surprised golf isn't on your list.

I have to agree with those who said music... it keeps me sane. Especially my piano. My tennis racquet helps, too.
Basically, if I ever break my wrist or something, I'll probably be certifiable within a week or so.
