Yes, actually in post 85 of this thread there’s an article with quotes from Amaris. And one of the quotes were about that:

I don’t envy these kids trying to make tough decisions with everyone in their ear with their own bias. You’d have to really have a small and tight team helping you make a decision and a solid plan for how to decide.

It’s easy to criticize decisions from the sidelines

I doubt I would have handled recruiting very well when I as a 17 or 18 year old.
