CY is a good friend of mine - I hope he's ok. Probably not what his wife needed with a new baby at home too...

I know you didn't mean anything, BK, but not much is funny about a straight shot to the nose. The "journalist" who wrote up the recap is certainly missing the big picture, since his column is only focused on what the Padres should have done to Pujols in retribution.

You guys are annoying. I was expressing concern for a friend of mine - as I said in my first post in this thread. I'm sure that CY and his wife are aware of the risks in professional sports, as am I. If that's too much for you to understand, go fuck yourself.

actually since he'll be on the DL, he can spend more time at home.

Oh wait, a broken nose is a terrible injury and his career is threatened and he won't be able to help out at home due to his debilitated state.

And I am sure that 2.5 Million Dollars he makes this year won't be nearly enough to live on while he recovers the next few weeks. Maybe 'Bus should start up a charity drive for him.

Pitchers know that can happen, that's why they usually get the hell out of the way and make that lame ass wave with the glove at the ball as it passes. And I have no sympathy whatsoever for the catcher. That's why you don't fucking block the plate until you have the ball. Dumb fuck.
