Well it's back to reality for MU. I think Maclin and Weatherspoon both leave, along with seniors Moore, both Chase's(TE &QB) and Zigi Hood.

Considering that half the quarterbacks in the league were Heisman finalists, I doubt they'll have problems finding a QB who can put up stats. The problem is that as you have witnessed tonight and time and again with OU quarterbacks, they are just not any good against OOC teams.

Way too much camera time on them....reminded me of when they spent half the game focused on Brady Quinns sister/ AJ Hawk's wife when tOSU stomped Neuter Dames ass in the fiesta bowl.

The one thing that stuck out to me in this game is how Northwestern's O-line did not play particular well... that and Chase Daniel has a hott sister, or relative, or girlfriend... something, heh.

Chase has been running that offense since he was in like 8th grade. I don't see the next being nearly as successful. I think Mizzou even brought in one of his old HS coaches to to help implement that offense. Until Nebraska or anyone else decides to step up in the Big XII North. I think that part of the conference is there for any of it's members taking.

That's not saying much. The North has be putrid for years now unfortunately. I have always said we should do away with the divisions. It's simply a waste of time.

I thought he played against tOSU because Bacher(sp?) was injured .

He did but he set a Big-10 QB record for rush yards in a game against Minny then followed it up with another 100 yards against us until two straight big sacks by Nate Williams. He's such a good runner I would assume they'd want to get him some snaps, assuming he was healthy.

haha how quickly have we forgotten Brad Smith, the 2nd player in D1 to pass for 2000 and rush for 1000 in one season. Missouri will be fine at QB. Nobody plays any defense at all in the B12.

Who cares? The B11 bowl record is a function of the fact that our low-level teams brings the fan base that only the Big Twelve elite can provide. Therefore, we are inevitably overmatched. Yet we bring home the coin.

I have begun to realize that the B11 bowl record is a badge of honor that reflects our purchasing power. Go Northworstern!

Two, and they gave up around 40 points in each of them. Heck, they gave up 310 yards passing to Chase Daniels and almost jumpstarted him into the Heisman race.
