Who wins the Natty?

One game kept us from facing them again last year - Sparty should've never beaten us, in the Shoe without Cook no less. We had Zeke Elliott, Taylor Decker, Michael Thomas and we struggled to score 14 points. There's no way that should've happened.

We had the talent to play them last year but blew the opportunity, so they feasted on Sparty. This year, we had the same puzzling offensive attack but with no Zeke, Decker, or Thomas, and Clemson exposed flaws that were evident all season.

And neither do I but damn it just seems like we've choked at the most unopportune times the past 4 years.

That's the only thing I can put my finger on as well... IMO that's the difference and that is Saban will under no circumstances take a chance on one of his coordinators.

Saban will also never anoint Co coordinators... It's one. Just one voice.

I'm surprised that Urban isn't the same way. He's a big believer in leadership and intangibles. I'm just shocked that Urban was ok with having two coordinators because it's bound to have issues in having a consistent message and leadership.

Saban is just not afraid to pull punches and I think Urbs is just a nicer human haha

I completely agree. The only way you reload and contend every title is with superior recruiting and coaching. OSU has had only one of those the past 2 years.
