That's Sasha Baron Cohen from HBO. It's one of his characters, along with Ali G. and Borat. In real life Cohen is anything but gay. He's marrying the redhead from Wedding Crashers.

He gets access by sending an advance suit with BBC credentials to set things up. Halfway through the interviews, it's pretty much too late for his victims.
