Hmmm...will be interesting to see how bammer does next season. Presumably, their 3 stud receivers should be going pro along with potentially Najee Harris. Mac Jones looked decent filling in for Tua, but how much of that was having three ridiculous WRs to throw to? He wasn't a very highly rated recruit. Tua's brother is there and they're bringing in top QB recruit Bryce Young, but he's 5'11/185...he might need a year to bulk up a bit. On top of that, Bammer's defense isn't what it was. Will be an interesting year in Tuscaloosa.Alright, smart decision. Tua going pro. Rehab with the best while getting paid.

I think Mac will be fine. Devonta Smith is staying, Waddle will still be there. That helps a lot.
I think it will be much improved with Moses and McMillon returning. We needed those guys really bad this year. Their absence is, IMO, the reason for the weakness in the defense.Thoughts on the defense?
I feel like those were more cracks in his experience rather than cracks in his ability.Probably a lot. The cracks in his ability showed against Auburn. He put up big numbers (because of the WRs) but also made some crucial mistakes that ended up losing them the game. I don't put much stock into his performance against scUM, as any team with WRs with any kind of remotely elite ability have torched that secondary to shreds.
But its an S-E-C game. Even if they lose it counts as a win.I feel like those were more cracks in his experience rather than cracks in his ability.
I’m not saying he will start over Bryce, but he has shown he has the overall skills needed. He just needs the polish of game time. UGA will be a big early test, which, if bama can win that game, sets them up well to contend.
