Alabama Crimson Tide (official thread of Football, Fake Championships and Banjo)

I agree, but it makes it a bit misleading to word the stat specifically like that.
of course they had to throw in the "finished at Alabama" to exclude Jalen Hurts from the mix too.

I hate those inbred cocksuckers just as much as anyone else does, but finding obscure bullshit stats like that make it look like we're obsessed with those assholes.
I do agree I just thought it was a funny stat from the AP. If a lsu beat writer or something published that tweet I’d avoid it because I that is, as you said, some Auburn type behavior to be that obsessive about those inbreds.

I just think it's a gee whiz amusing bit of trivia.
Basically no RB or WR has scored in a Super Bowl. A less pedantic way of putting it.
I did enjoy learning that some gumps believe Joe Montana went to Bama.
The amount of triggered Bama fans by this trivia is... interesting. Almost like their anxiety over a crumbling dynasty is being projected through hypersensitivity to random nonsense.

Being as charitable as possible, we can guess that he meant Namath, not Montana

But typing Montana when you mean Namath really isn't that much better...
The Bama fan may have meant Namath, but Broadway Joe didn’t throw a TD pass in his famous win in Super Bowl III, so he wouldn’t even be credited with a passing TD.
