Video of passengers live-streaming a plane crash.
Not for faint of heart or people afraid of flying:
"If only his phone was in airplane mode, everything would have been OK"
- FAA, probably
Basically it's the Tokyo pods, but now in airports. The question is how much it costs? I know it's gonna be something stupid like movie theater drink and popcorn prices, because you're effectively a hostage.
Look, people. When you are waiting for your bags at the carousel, standing two feet away from it when your bag isn’t even out yet just makes life difficult for everybody else. If you would all stand 10 feet back and go up when your bag is coming by, everybody would be able to see and get to their bags more easily.
Between that and fuckwits sitting in their cars in the pickup lanes not moving so that cars that ARE actively trying to get to people waiting can’t get there, I’m reminded why libertarianism will never work. Because people are selfish and stupid. This isn’t Nam, there are rules, man.
It's security that drives me insane.
Unless it's your first time at the airport, you know there's going to be at least 1 metal detector. Overseas, you can frequently bet on 3. First to get in, Second for the gates, and a Third at boarding bc wtf not ?
So why is it there's always always always people fumbling with belts, jewelry, etc. Why are you even wearing a belt at the airport? I put all that stuff in me backpack 5 minutes ago and walk straight through.
It takes 5 seconds for me, and 5 minutes for all these numpties reorganizing their entire pockets.
What do you need besides passport, phone (etickets / app), and a credit card ?
Why are you repacking your stuff 3 times ?
