yes i know first hand, because when i got my very first, i simply said in a VERY JOKING manner in a thread, "whoa who did that, you crushed my world"........atleast ONE of the people who dinged me for "bitching" about it (not recognizing i was basically joking) was man enough to sign it

and i'm not complaining about it, i'm explaining why i was defensive.......does the scrutiny ever end here?

my point exactly.........i actually admit to the guy that i was defensive (for what i feel is good reason) and apologized for missing the humor in his post.......he sent me a PM clearing the air, but you feel the need to continue to try and push my buttons, was it not enough satisfaction for you to "ding" me with that big powerful prestigious stick you carry, because i "bitched" (which i already said was meant to be humorous) about getting dinged by someone else?

Nah...rep is as big as you decide to make it. These guys will ding anyone who complains about it...its been that way for months so you aren't getting an special treatment. If it becomes an issue for you, just disable the rep function...

I believe Nutty warned you for starting a few threads about the dings...and persisting after discussion. Mistri is having that discussion now. I really don't see him carrying it onto the other boards...

i ding people who bitch about rep regardless if they are joking or not. i knew you were joking, i dinged you anyways. quit crying about it.
