burnt coffee is the worst thing in the world. its about getting there as they are starting a fresh pot - and going to the same place every day where they get to know you and have your shit ready for you :biggrin:

I usually suck on the zinc cough drop things (tastes like sucking on a penny...). But I haven't tried the Zicam- isn't that the stuff you squirt up your nose? I heard that can cause problems for you.

Zicam is zinc based jell that goes up your nose where the cold lives.

It's homeopathic, so it should cause minimal problems.

It's very popular and effective.

But, if you have an existing medical problem you should talk to your doctor, first.

Invest in a good humidifier and you shouldn't have to worry about colds any more.
