why would you consume a shake with that many grams of protein? anything over 30-40 grams, depending on weight, is excess and will likely be converted to fat. if you divide your weight in pounds by 6, you'll arrive at an amount of grams of protein that should be consumed per meal... that is, assuming you're trying to gain muscle. even if you eat only three or four meals in a day, anything beyond that amount is unnecessary, wasteful, and (as you're noticing) nauseating.
