TBone is unlistenable. He's a fat Mike Greenberg.
Tyvis is ok but he needs a strong lead. That's not TBone.

Yeah and Bobby sounds like he has a permanent sinus infection. I can handle that.
TBone is a whiny populist - he goes with the popular takes and provides literally no edge to anything.

To be honest it seems like a cynical ploy to get rid of both of them. I love Tyvis but he's out of stories and I think it was ok to use him to plug holes across the timeslots (I mean someone had to be Bishops "and friends".
Its also not hard to imagine TBone forgot he's just TBone. That he really is just the other guy on the highest rated (whichever metric they use) local sports talk show in the country.

Could definitely be the case - it's hard to imagine he has more pull than Bobby Carpenter does but anything is possible.

I kinda wonder what the full backstory is ultimately.
Timmy is a program director also and was probably wanting more of a role and this is the time in Bone’s life to not have to miss all of his kids activities now that they are older made, his move to mornings easier than when first approached about it when “Morning Juice” started.
Bobby’s getting a new studio built at the station for he and Tito’s “Morning Juice” show. The major accomplishment by management is that no one is losing their job.
Bobby is a bit of a loose cannon and blowhard so I am sure his side of the truth is “somewhat” accurate. He is hilarious though.
