Good fucking grief Duke is down 11 to Siena with 4 minutes left in the 1st half, if they somehow manage to lose that makes this even more painful

Let’s hope they learned from Holtman if they do give him an extension.
Edmonds entered the lane at just over 12 seconds left. This is a decent capture in the lower post on twitter.Watched it over and over in the lane at 8.6, released shot at 5.0 so 3.6
They bought from the bargain basement clearance rack for NIL last offseason and paid a price in terms of quality. I say let's give him a chance with real NIL funds for the portal before we write him off.I think Diebler could probably be pretty successful in a MAC type setting, but I think to this point it's pretty clear that he is in over his head trying to get a major program past the point of just average.

Tilly was really not what the team needed this last offseason, but they clearly had ZERO NIL funds to spend on the team last offseason. Some of the team's struggles today can be traced back to not having invested in Big Ten-caliber depth and talent last spring. Again, TCU is a system team, it was going to look one of two ways, as their system is designed to take a player like Bruce out of the game and make other guys beat them, and clearly there's a huge drop-off from Bruce to the other guys on the team. Also, clearly the lack of physicality on OSU in the frontcourt showed up due to lack of funding for the team. You can't get a good team for cheap now, but that seems to be what the OSU leadership is demanding of Diebler for this season. It's going to take a huge funding increase before I expect this program to change considerably from where they're at right now.I "hate" on him based on his actual coaching ability. Days like today don't give much hope that it's ever going to get much better. He really struggles with the Xs and Os and consistently having the team well prepared. Maybe getting an assistant who's great at those sorts of things could help him

With NIL and coaching salaries this is pretty much the world we’re in now.Dielbler is the definition of "meh". I don't hate him, but this is about his ceiling. It sucks that OSU's admin has totally blown off all other sports for football.
Here's a video capture of it (from another person noticing the 3 second violation). I have the count right at 6.7-6.8 seconds. A LONG time to be in the lane.Watched it over and over in the lane at 8.6, released shot at 5.0 so 3.6
