I know he was solid in HS but if you would had told anyone at the beginning of the season that Sully would be on the bench in foul issues, Buford struggling from the arc, and Thomas coming off a thirty point game carrying the team with 15....I doubt many would believe you.

Besides, being good in high school means little for your college career.

Gonzaga feels a lot like Michigan State to me. Very strong on the boards and they can shoot well. They are also pretty deep so we got to keep pressure the entire way through to get through this one. Florida State at least is not very efficient on offense. Teams like Gonzaga are built for a long run if their shots are falling.


Keep the defensive pressure and play smart on offense.

Personally, I hope we don't need Amir at all in the second half. I want to see Sully, Thomas, Buford and Craft put these fuckers away, then let Amir and the bench play the last few minutes. :)
