At this point in the game, Matta's being outcoached IMO. Gtown is getting an open look every time down the floor whereas we are getting very, very few open shots. If there's no halftime adjustment, we could lose this game by 30.

Compare our offense to theirs--they are actually flashing guys to the high post and either getting a wide open look with the guy who flashes (and he's been hitting the shot), or our defense crashes on that guy and leaves someone open in the post or on the baseline. We have nothing like that working right now on offense.

What happened to Matt Sylvester? Didn't he used to play for us? And who's this guy wearing the #40 jersey? It looks like they grabbed some guy from the stands and put a shirt on him.

It's pretty hard to win playing 4-on-5 basketball at both ends. His back is obviously hurting him again. I can't believe Coach Matta has so little confidence in Harris. He just can't be THAT bad, can he?

The Big 10 is weak, and has been weak all year. Just looked good against each other or something. We are overrated. I think most of us have known that but didnt wanna admit it. We are not in the same league as this team. Notice all the big 10 teams are dropping like flies? Tells me somethin.

Actually, in the regular season the Big Ten had the best non-conference mark against the major conferences.......we lose a couple of these tournament games by a few baskets and everything thinks the Big Ten is overrated......its amazing to me how the same experts who said the Big Ten was the best conference in America prior to the tournament are now doing a 180.....

Lets try to stay positive in this thread and remember their is another half to play.

Yep, no intensity out there. Once again, on the offensive end, no one is trying to attack the hoop. Instead, we're content to just swing the ball around and take a contested three pointer.
