COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) ? As if Coppin State wasn't already overmatched against No. 6 Ohio State, the Buckeyes also felt they had something to prove.
Seven days after getting thumped 86-60 by defending national champion Florida, the Buckeyes shoved that ugly memory a little farther away with a 91-54 victory over Coppin State on Saturday night.

florida was the better team. not 30 points better. but hte better team. on their home court. at the 17 min mark to go things were tied up, florida blew the doors off the game and that was that. florida has a very very good club. much better, more mature, more composed, more seasoned than ohio state at this point.


many of you may be to young to remember the fab five. their frosh year they were a six seed and took some serious lumps in b10 play. they went all the way to the national championship game (beating ohio state in ot who had beaten them soundly twice that year). its about priming yourself for a run at the end folks.
