really, the major issue is that they floated this out there without anything to back it, and only much later did they actually clarify that they had no real sources that would verify the rumor, and osu/shelly poe flat out denied it.

at all that been put up front in the beginning, they wouldn't look like the total amateurs that they are.

I really hope this is quashed and quickly done. I see this rumors over on BN and usually laugh at them and the repsonse they get. Suddenly I see a thread about it here, albeit the Mill, but this is where I come for actual facts and fans alike. Nice to see it dispelled by some of the vets on board.

I feel that this is par the course for Bucknuts and it's a shame.

Has this "rumor" gone national yet? I'm sure that's really what they want; hits/traffic/recognition etc.

I can proudly say I've never been on bucknuts. Not once. My message board career began here and I've rarely strayed except for purely comedic purposes (scUM boards) or to read the work of others I respect (Bank, Nevada on BSB).
