I'm not as shocked as I would've been in the past. Herbie has been hanging around ESPN for too long.

Obviously it's a big story. That's why they never mentioned it until garbage time of a minor bowl. Tossing out names was irresponsible as hell.

If it actually turns out that there's nothing to this, then my opinion of Herbie has finally turned southward. I mean, to go on national TV and report wholly unsubstantiated rumors and name specific players like that would be unacceptable.

So let me get this straight....
Reggie Bush incident takes years to come to the fore although it is in court testimony...

Cam Newton and Auburn is said rumored to be implicated in a play for pay scheme which may or may not still be developing...and which has taken some time to come out into the public realm by the media....

OSU guys get some free tattoo (allegedly) and it comes out during the same football season and within 24 hours of the rumors mill....

Lesson....Get caught by the FBI and in sworn testimony....the process will take some time.

Mess with the IRS..the news is all over the town immediatly...that or maybe ESPN still has a grudge against the Bucks...I honestly can't make sense of the world or the college players these days....:(

The results the players in question to pay for the value of the tats and a suspension of a game or two....unless the initially lie about the incident and get caught then all bets are off....
