I think BuckeyeMac just wants a new team, no one else has brought up redrafting

No I feel bad because my team is now over the team OVR ratings we decided on. If we don't redraft (which I'm also fine with), we could let the users keep the same team they have and then if someone wants to change, have a "mini draft" with just those users, and the teams available

So I vote keep same teams and just restart, get Wells to draft a team, put him in correct conference, and we scout again

Arizona & Nevada stick out as easier schedules, but there's no good way to fix that, since we can't schedule a game between them and adding an OOC game would only add to the tougher schedules for other squads.

Feedback is welcome both for fairness and for requested games OOC. Note, we won't have a lengthy breakdown like this most years, it will typically be you requesting 1-2 games OOC during the preseason.
