By the way, no moral victories against TTUN but the instant reaction from everyone on the internet/Twitter is essentially “holy sh*t these are 2 elite teams and a great game. We need more!”

Good game. Michigan came in and lit up the nets from behind the arc. We over adjusted to it in the second half and gave up too much dribble penetration and dump off passes to “Stretch”. No weak side help made it too easy. If we play them again, we’ll win. This was actually good for our team to see where our defensive weakness are.

Look - scUM had this game circled probably for the past two weeks. It wouldn't shock me if they drop their next one to Iowa and then maybe even the one after that to Indiana. They were really up for this one and you could see it, especially in the first half.
This Buckeye team has no quit in them, and we've seen them play better than they did today. scUM, much as I hate to say it, is a legit team, but Ohio State is as well. We will likely see a rematch of this game because these two are clearly the class of the B1G.

First half 3's were the difference. I've said it a million times, our rims are very shooter friendly, especially with free throw shots that seemingly bounce around and go in. But, with that being said, Michigan is very good! But, also being said, they better hope they don't have an ice cold game from 3 in the tourny or they're toast.

Bucks actually outshot them from the 3-point line, 11-22 compared to their 11-23.
Bucks had 8 turnovers, which is decent, but 3 of those in the second half were very damaging. TTUN had 4 more offensive rebounds, some on fortunate bounces.
A fine effort by the Buckeyes against a top-3 team. A way to realize the value of every possession.

Sueing sure picked a hell of a time to disappear. His only real mention this game was that awful turnover that you could say sealed the game for scUM
