Everybody is somebody else's weirdo.
Cleveland State is a terrible team and we played (down) to their level. If they didn't have over twice the number of fouls called on them (i.e. 27 - 24); I'm not sure which team would have won. All you can say good about the game (besides Key looking to have some real potential) is that we won.

Well that and games where they are missing their best player around which a lot of their functions, like, function.
Remember when Kaleb got suspended? This looked like those games.
Consider this: Kyle Young--a guy who plays hard but is very limited--is our only available T100 player right now.
Obviously HS rankings aren't everything and a guy like Sueing should have been a 4-star, but I don't know how anyone could look at our starting line-up today and think this game (or ANY game, for that matter) was gonna be a walk in the park.

Sloppy hot mess. Offense was non existent and the defense was lazy. I get we didn't have EJ but geez.... I'm hopeful Chris can light a fire under their butts after that near disaster.

Meh. About the kind of game I expected, all things considered.
Get better every game. Hopefully Towns can slowly ease into playing shape and gel with the team and we can be competitive in conference play.
I’ve come to appreciate what Holt is trying to do and figure this will be a slow but somewhat steady process.
