Not to stop there. The stop at ND was on their way to play Northwestern, that game got cancelled, so scUM played a High School instead, which also of course is counted as a W in the record books. (I believe there is at least one other W in their records against a High School as well)

This is the kind of shit that got them that "all time winningest program" title.

And that's before you even start to get into all the shady shit that Fielding Yost pulled.

Naturally the DFBIA is right back on the Underwood hype train lol.

He was bad throwing the ball 9/17 111 yards.

That 38 yard TD run was pretty nice I'll give him that, but outside of that he had 17 runs for 49 yards....

That's not gonna cut it against any team with any kind of real offensive ability

Now unfortunately for us that doesn't come until they play Indiana in late October

Yeah their fanbase is on cloud 9 now. And tbh, Whittingham’s style is similar to Moore and Hairball. That want to win dirty games against big opponents. They don’t care if it’s pretty, just get the W. And Day and co. Can’t fall victim to being cute and wanting the perfect plays. They need to grind them down and find ways to get WR mismatches. Iowa could beat them in an ugly game. But I worry they beat Ped St like how they did Oklahoma.
