Funny thing is, Western Michigan is defending MAC Champs and expected to contend for the title again this year. When Toledo beat them, it was a bad Toledo team that finished the season 3-8.

When you hold yourself out there as a heavyweight, there should be no such thing as a good MAC team or a bad MAC team.

Western is a good MAC team but that means even less than ever in this era of college football. Most top 25 teams would probably have not much of an issue with them.

More than anything, I was making a comparison between W Mich and that really bad Toledo team that beat TCUN. Of course you would expect most top 25 teams to handle them with ease, unless of course you are a bunch of arrogant twatwaffle weasel cocks.

Heck last year WMU won 10 games, but Sparty (a bad 4-8 B1G team) beat them 23-6 and Illinois beat them 38-0 just for context.

I think people forget how bad that scUM team was though. They finished 3-9. Miami Ohio who went 2-10 was in striking distance against them as well until later in the 4th (scUM won 16-6)
