Shivers attorneys request for Keywords in the search of internal records are intriguing. “ … pregnancy, baby and abortion.”
This is a harbinger of a legal nightmare especially if the documents reveal that if as rumored TSUN employees were knowingly complicit in a plan B abortion medication purchased, transported and/or administered without her consent.

Re: Manuel signed a five-year extension in 2024 through June 2030 at more than $2 million a year. A buyout provision in his contract requires a severance of 36 months of pay unless the school and Manuel reach a settlement agreement.

Just sayin': Why would Manuel settle for anything less than $6M?

Because their lawyers threaten to fire him for cause in which case he gets nothing and has to pay to litigate whatever he can get out of them.

$0 + low six figure legal bills out of pocket while unemployed = <$6MM settlement
