IMO they hung that line at -2.5 knowing USC was more of a fave than that by their real lines.

They do it to see if any sharps come off the top rope on USC and lure in the huge public following on tsun.

If the sharps did come in, it would have gone up. Instead it dropped to -1.5 same day.

TLDR: they know USC is a <3 fave and don’t mind letting the tsun betting public pile in.

USC marches down the field playing finesse offense but constantly tries to run right up the middle once they get into scoring range. Resulting in multiple FG attempts with a few misses. scUM breaks their usual couple of ridiculous long runs on plays that were never designed to get more than like 7 yards and ends up winning like 23-16. That's how I fear this game is gonna go.

These teams just can't help themselves and go out of their way to play into scUMs only stronger points.
