After reading through @LordJeffBuck 's post, I'm actually reconsidering my irrelevance and your thought here @Thump.
If LJB's correct, then the NCAA is the simply the spokeperson and cover wrapped all in one. They won't be going anywhere as they're the ones who have to represent the perception of responsbility/accountability.
