Good morning from the last day of band camp.
Bylaw requires that charged parties are notified prior to public release, but doesn't specify how much advance notice is required.
Typical cases involve disclosure to charged parties the day prior. However, should the COI have reason to believe the parties might leak the decision, that advance notice could be minimized to hours or even less. That sort of flexibility could come into play with this.
We have a little ad hoc group chat going of connected folks sniffing for smoke. There's no reason thus far to believe that we're in the notification window, but we've known since Monday that UM has been expecting that notification at any point.
