I'm still just grateful that we got a character called "Boob Salsa" from all of this. It took too long for those two words to be paired.

Thanks to the cameras the cops now have to wait for a reason.I like the videos where the perp gives the cops a reason and they beat the living dog shit out of him.........
Emphasis mine, sadlyPremierdrum said:Good morning from the last day of band camp.
Bylaw requires that charged parties are notified prior to public release, but doesn't specify how much advance notice is required.
Typical cases involve disclosure to charged parties the day prior. However, should the COI have reason to believe the parties might leak the decision, that advance notice could be minimized to hours or even less. That sort of flexibility could come into play with this.
We have a little ad hoc group chat going of connected folks sniffing for smoke. There's no reason thus far to believe that we're in the notification window, but we've known since Monday that UM has been expecting that notification at any point.
These guys love to leave what they're saying nice and murky. Today is the end of "this week," so I guess scUM will be getting "notified" of something by EOB today. The latest from PD on 11W:

This is a great opportunity to revisit.
Initially, there was a ton of speculation around the idea that "if that's the minimum acceptable, how much worse could it get?" Many aspects of the framework as reported are squarely in line with the prescribed core penalties (i.e. the core penalty for aggravated FTM is a 1-3 year postseason ban). Alteration of records has always been what seemed to catch folks up, as most incorrectly believe that records are only vacated for ineligible student athletes. The COI has broad freedoms in applying punishments that exist within the sanction structure as they see appropriate.
I think - and this is an informed assumption at this point - is that the motivation for UM to have settled within the framework would have been more with timing and less with holding out for less severe sanctions. Had they accepted around the time things were first presented one year ago this week, their punishments could be wrapping up after this season.
While each COI panel is different, there has been a noticeable emphasis in decisions over the past year or so on self-reporting, cooperation, and reaching negotiated agreements. And, as we've seen, vacation of records is a very routine sanction in decisions.
It's interesting to hear Spiro tonight talk about the radical mood shift up north in the last 36 hours or so, a strong "sense of impending doom." He said that today, staffers were given initial coaching on not responding to media requests or commenting publicly once things were released.
I was texting with Intrinsic today on a few topics, and shared with him that my source said this morning that they (UM) were "operating under the assumption that an infractions decision and case summary are imminent" but that they weren't in the notification window yet.
A compliance attorney told me that this week would "be the target" given the ramp up to this season and the impact on UM's staff.
It's unavoidable. They are expecting it any moment.
Their insiders have cued up their red meat greatest hits of Ryan Day's brother, their most public booster is melting down in a seemingly-drunken rage of conspiracy theories and poor grammar, and their golden boy / pariah can't stop defending all the things he "didn't do" on Twitter. They aren't comfortable. They're squirming.
And THE world-famous Ohio State Buckeyes are the defending National Champions.
Zach Smith has covered this multiple times debunking the idea of pulling sideline signals from all-22.Saw some chatter from scUM fans that appears to have been picked up by their smaller media outlets (By smaller outlets, I mean their podcast bros) that what Stallions did, sending people to multiple games to film, could have just been done by him watching the CFB all-22.
So all they really did was just circumvent the tedious time constraints.
I have large files on my desktop with multiple games per season, per team, dating back to 2016 with all-22 games.
I might get lucky enough if the camera flashes over to the scoreboard for down and distance, to catch a glimpse of a hand wave. That's about it. No where near enough to build a comprehensive database of reliable signals.
I don't have a personal Twitter, so if anyone's sees that sort of stupidity in their digital journey; just tell them "absolutely fucking not" and let me know if you need a screenshot or two as backup.
As did a kid holed up in his office deep in Penn St country.....fist pumping away.Nothing is happening today. We would know. Notice of a press conference would have been given.
Remember when the pedster sanctions were made public, they had enough advance notice that the dorms had organized watch parties.
I don't believe you. #FakeNewsThere isn't enough data in the world to "win" an argument on the internet.
