And I think a lot of that was already in the plans because they admittedly held back all season long because of the number of games it would take to win it. It just happened to coincide with a very pissed off Buckeye team that got to use those changes along with some supreme motivation which was a recipe for utter destruction and glory.I don’t think it was the loss that spurred it. Rather it was the changes that were forced on the offense.
Finally the staff stopped calling stretch, started getting downhill in the run game, started throwing the ball more, and started to throw on early downs.
We needed the wake up call on offense. It shouldn’t take a loss to make that happen but that’s normally the case it seems
