I think they are out of idea's so they hit up a Harbaugh to see if they could take their trash they were about to discard. Think at this point it's clear they dont want to be stuck with Biff so they just keep reaching and reaching down the well. With this though I think you basically get the same result as Biff would give you which is a 2-3 year lame duck.
Over on The Fort they are already trying to hype this up as a grand slam hire if it happens of course
This is a guy who nobody of relevance was even going to consider as a HC before scUM started getting desperate.
