He also cannons the ball on short and mid length passes. He has no touch, and many or most of the drops are actually his fault. He may develop with better coaching, but right now, he's a true freshman who was thrown into the fire too soon.

No. For the same reason they all ran out of court when this whole thing started. There is no way that Harbaugh's lawyers or tsun will ever let this thing get to a discovery phase. And Harbaugh in a sworn deposition would be a literal perjury machine.
