Personally, I think the whole thing was set up so that Corum could fund the scouting arrangements. That being said, why in the age of NIL would Corim being involved in a business make him ineligible?

My original guess was that Corum was unaware, and Stallions and Uncle T were using it to funnel NIL funds into the advanced scouting network, and it just looked like a typical NIL payment.

But Corum not doing anything about it after the fact is really suspicious.
