"The Big Ten Conference has informed its member schools that they can choose not to play against the University of Michigan in the coming weeks due to the ongoing sign-stealing scandal, according to multiple reports. This decision comes after the NCAA found overwhelming evidence of an impermissible scouting scheme within the Michigan football program, leading to significant penalties. While the conference has not mandated a boycott, it has acknowledged the concerns of its members and allowed them the option to decline games against Michigan. " This was in 2023 after the sign stealing scheme came to light. Maybe all the B1G teams should just do this until some sensible penalty is in place.
