I didn’t forget notre dame. I put them right where I wanted them.
And I don’t care where the championship game is. That’s details that isn’t important. I just want to see the playoffs stop being forced to cater to little dudes. And yes. I’m talking to notre dame and the acc and g5 and big 12.

Something worth noting for the TV coverage of the first round:

Fri 8:00 ET on ABC and ESPN: Bama at Oklahoma
Sat noon ET on ABC and ESPN: Miami FL at aTm

Sat 3:30 ET on TNT and HBO Max: Tulane at Ole Miss
Sat 7:30 ET on TNT and HBO Max: James Madison at Oregon

Every now and then I wish the TV people that run schedule college football games would tell the NFL to fuck off.
I want to watch Miami vs. A&M in prime time. I don't care about the Bears/Packers

Yeah, I agree. But ABC/ESPN don't want to tell the NFL to fuck off. They'd like to keep Monday Night Football.
CBS and Fox want to keep their current system.
NBC wants to keep their current system.
When you have goose that lays golden eggs, you don't look for ways to piss the goose off.
College football may also lay golden eggs, but they're smaller.

Miami is the better of the two match ups for us, neither is a huge threat to OSU.

Miami would have the added benefit of not being a TAMU home game but that is secondary, Buckeye Nation travels, we all know this.

That said, TAMU is the rightful favorite over Miami, especially at home. I don't see Crockett and Tubbs sashaying away from Miami and beating anyone with a pulse.
