Oregon's star guard Jackson Shelstad missed the Rutgers loss with a hand injury. It seems to be a day-to-day thing, we'll see if he suits up Thursday.

West Virginia - one of those "bad" wins for OSU - just beat Kansas. Here's the kicker: they're both 11-5 on the season now.

I will take the miracle win after the LSU guy missed the 2nd FT on purpose but he must have forgot Kentucky still had 1 timeout left.

Some bad teams in this list.

They recruited players at the following schools to fix point spreads for the first halves or entire games: Nicholls State, Tulane, Northwestern (La.) State, Saint Louis, La Salle, Fordham, Buffalo, DePaul, Robert Morris, Southern Mississippi, North Carolina A&T, Kennesaw State, Coppin State, New Orleans, Abilene Christian, Eastern Michigan and Alabama State.

In the college scheme, Fairley, Hennen and their associates primarily targeted players on losing teams at lower-level NCAA Division I programs.

I noticed DePaul on the list of schools involved with point shaving. There is at least one person saying this happened before Holtmann became their coach, but DePaul stands out on that list to me as the only power conference program with point shaving.

Interestingly, Buffalo players lured both Kent State and Ohio U. players into practically the same deal, (i.e., that Buffalo would fail to cover the first half spread in favor of the opponents). Apparently there were FaceTime conversations that took place to set it up.
