I was thinking the same thing! They will probably take it down in the middle of the night.

Many threads ago, I suggested it'd be good to televise it as a pay-per-view event. Proceeds get split amongst the schools they fucked over with their impermissible scheme.

Livestreaming Moore and Manuel and Ono taking it down midday mid-week should be part of the framework.

FWIW, latest from 11W & Premierdrum:

Nevada Buck just said UM got an extension, but the NCAA is adding more stuff. His contact at the NCAA said, "we've added a few more parting gifts." LOL.

Quick update: BS is suggesting that the NOA was "expanded" to include more evidence or allegations. I do not believe this to be the case. UM-sympathic media is reporting that the NOA was softened. This is even less likely, as any arguments against the facts of the NOA as originally issued would have been handled either thru negotiated resolution or thru the hearing process. My UM adjacent source who has been best with very specific details thus far knows nothing of the university requesting an extension. My gut read is that the extension could be from an involved party beyond the university, which would trigger an "updated" NOA to spell out the new timeline. More when I hear it.

I'd be wary of this info from them... and I'm usually pretty comfortable with the base facts of their reporting on this saga.

Any new allegations added to the NOA would restart the clock entirely, and would almost certainly just result in a separate NOA.
Ear to the ground, there might be a CMU angle here... and supporting documentation on the initial charged actions added to the evidence file. But that's me assuming a few dots do in fact connect.

The extension was requested by an involved party... UM directly or otherwise. The timing is... convenient. And appears not to have happened in a bubble.
