It's amusing that the DFBIA continues to act like the NCAA has to operate like a real court of law.

The NCAA can use any evidence it wants, nothing is not admissible because Ryan Day or whoever may have hired a PI firm. They still fucking cheated, it doesn't matter how the evidence was gathered, it doesn't erase their cheating.

Even if it was true (its not) anyways there's nothing illegal about hiring a PI firm.

Yep. Ono screeching like a toddler overdue for her nap about "due process." Well, you bluffed and tried to get a TRO, and the moment you butted up against "due process" which comesw with discovery and subpoenas and felony perjury ramifications, you ran out of that courtroom like Forest Fucking Gump.

So... first, I decide to actually do some work today, and all this hits in one day? Eff all of you nerds.

Also, it all happens because some nerd on 11W says so? Who is he? Is he someone I should believe? I mean, why should I have any faith that the NCAA is going to do anything this year, or before the season ends? Why should I believe they are going to do something so soon?
