When their 90 day window expires, but I think two decent assumptions can be made. First, is that they're stonewalling and not coming close to agreeing to the minimum penalties that the ncaa will accept. Second, the NOA and accompanying evidence must be pretty damning or else they would have leaked it already.I keep hearing how the hammer is coming down on dUMb, but also keep not seeing it. When the hell is it happening?

Yeah, this. Once their 90 days is up, assuming they're not granted an extension (and why the fuck would they be? They've stonewalled the whole way), it goes to the COI who then doles out the punishment. I've not seen any info on a timeframe for when punishment is handed down, but there have been credible rumors that tCun were given a minimum framework to accept, so if they don't accept, I'd assume they have something in mind. But, like you said, given the scope of this, I can't see the NCAA doing anything until after the season because they don't want a negative story occupying the news cycle when the postseason and awards season is ongoing. Probably won't hear anything until mid-January, at the earliest. When their 90 day window expires, but I think two decent assumptions can be made. Now, they can get an extension to the 90 days, but that's usually only done when a school is negotiating in good faith which I think tcun and Ono are incapable of. The one wrench that I can see is if the ncaa gives an extension solely to keep the announcement of penalties from distracting from rivalry week and championship week. They kick the can down the road until after the national championship.
Ministry of Excuses. Must keep everything all sunshine & lollipops.MGoBlow had 2 or 3 threads yesterday discussing how Underwood was pretty much a lock to flip. None to be found today. Funny that.
