My understanding of the Netflix documentary (which I heard summarized but didn’t watch) is that Stallions openly admitted that he purchased tickets to all the games, and that the people using those tickets sent him video of the sidelines, but that he didn’t need or use those videos because he had already cracked the code, which is EXACTLY like someone admitting to robbing a bank but thinking they can’t get in trouble if they say they didn’t spend the money.
