You can probably get a good idea from the NOA how things are going to go when it comes to the penalties, even though the NOA doesn't specifically mention penaltis.

If the NOA was positive for Michigan, the accusations really "aren't that bad" they certainly woulda leaked it by now.

Hopefully a nice juicy leak of the NOA is coming tonight or tomorrow so it'll force ESPN and Fox to cover it on their pregame programing Saturday morning.
Watching Minny - UNC game. Close up of Brosmer covering ear holes to try and get the call and the announcers made light of the signal stealing. I’m assuming it has more to do with not wanting to get sued than love of Michigan. Until the NCAA or Michigan decides to show their hand we have no facts as to what can be proven by the NCAA.
