*2024 tCun Shenanigans, Arguments, Cobras, Feckless Marmots, Fake Pandas, Dirty Cheaters

13. Connor thinks OSU hacked him lol… even Rich Eisen and Dan Patrick seem more interested in how they were caught. Who cares? This is essentially blaming the whistleblower.

14. I keep remembering Ryan Day saying “I’m not getting into this right now”. I can tell Ryan really wanted to win the 2023 game so he could freak out on TCUN. I want OSU to win regardless every year obviously. However I want to win so bad in 2024 just so maybe Ryan Day lets loose on these guys finally. I can tell he wants to say something. He wants to condemn them but he can’t.

15. Everyone needs to stop towards Ryan Day. He’s at the top for coaches win percentage to start his career. 2021 and 2022 were stolen from him and I promise you that’s fact.

16. This was an incredible story regardless of how bad it hurt us. A kid who loved his team took it upon himself to do everything he could (including against the rules) to drag his team from a 2-4 team to a building national championship team. This isn’t sympathy this is acknowledgment that what he did took coordination, smarts, and execution.

17. What’s lost is he interviewed with the NCAA and they still dropped the NOA. What’s not confusing is Netflix posting a screen shot showing “sign stealing using official video vendors” and then “sign stealing from video sent by friends”. wtf is that? They aren’t approved vendors? Approved vendors would have to make all this available to every team which they didn’t do.

18. While I’m thinking of it- Rich Eisen is involving his lawyers because he didn’t give consent for his involvement.

19. At least the Washington post guy who looks like freaking super man… has the right mindset of “then why send people to games”.

20. Guys did you know Ohio State hacked his accounts?

21. There’s some idiot saying he’s not the only one crossing the line. Guys when I was a child I use to think the grown ups knew better and were more wise. I use to respect adults so much growing up. But this is some kindergarten excuses for behavior that’s not within the rules. “Well others do it”… wtf man. Then be better! Then report the behavior.

22. He said “I don’t always break the rules”… what a slip by Connor who then went on to say he exploits the rules. Oh I think you said plenty with the first part.

Some actual football talk.

Their starting C is some senior who started as a DL just switched to OL last year and has appeared in exactly ONE game at OL (extreme garbage time vs Indiana).

Their starting RT is a RS Freshman who was a low 4* in last years recruiting class.

They try to take this as "JUST SHOWS THE DEPTH WE HAVE!" but I really don't think this means good things like they think.

This is not going to be a strong OL, they supplemented with some good transfers the last couple of years, this year they failed to do that.
Well from what I’ve read… they couldn’t give their QB a good look this camp because their OL sucked donkey dick

damn...I don't know if there's enough popcorn in the world for when the COI gets done with these idiots...

Wow. I'll never like anything enough to completely lie to myself about it. Have some fucking respect, you losers.

Their OL wasn't even particularly great last year, and overall their offense was good enough, not great. The OL should be worse, Edwards is a downgrade from Corum, and they lost their top 2 WRs and #2 TE who was tied for 4th in receiving yards.

4. This absolutely gave their team the motivation they needed. The team felt slighted and rightfully because I get it. I personally don’t think the players would’ve known. Sure they knew they had a sign stealing guy but I am reasonable enough to say I bet they didn’t know how they were getting them. I know there’s video of the players pointing to the sky but they’re just repeating what Connor/coordinators are saying

It's possible some underclassmen didn't know or didn't understand. Anyone who's been their since '21 would have to be braindead to not know, though. A random weirdo is attached at the hip to your OC and DC, telling them what to run and what audibles to make. My first questions would be "This guy isn't a coach so who the hell is he, and why is he telling our highly respected, millionaire coordinators what to do?". They also had laminated sheets of signals that the other team used. In addition to this, they were also having coaches watch and instruct them as they practiced on zoom as a loophole for additional practice time, and had additional coaches on the sidelines for game day. If they didn't know what was going on, they didn't want to know. That's not a defense.

The whole 'BET' and team motivation bullshit is what happens when you call out a group of people for cheating and lying and they have to circle the wagons because it's all they have left. It's even worse when said group is a cult of players with one last chance for glory centered around a coach who, instead of looking inward, thinks "Everyone's been cheating, and now we're going to level the playing field!". They're already a bunch of narcissists who think they're better and more moral than everyone else. Now they have to be held to the same standards? What an outrage.

Edwards definitely won't be able to carry the massive amount of work that Corum was able to take on.

I don't think Mullings is that great either, color me unimpressed by garbage time performances against Rutgers, Nebraska & Minnesota last year. He was terrible in 2022 when he had to play in situations that weren't garbage time (5 carries for 5 yards vs TCU, 8 carries for 26 yards vs Purdue and 1 carry for 0 yards against Ohio State) he's likely really a average RB at best. They better hope Edwards stays healthy.

I think some of them had to be deep in the know, especially McCarthy (and the other QBs likely) and probably the OL. Other guys likely knew something but maybe not the whole scope.

Mullins is big but that’s it. A big back has literally never hurt OSU. It’s always been the 5 foot 10 220 kids. Edwards concerns me but only because of his 2022 game.

Edwards is a lot better when he's spelling someone like Corum. He's going to see more struggle as the go to guy. Especially behind a downgraded OL and with the big drop-off at QB.

T.A. McClendon was a bastard to stop in 2003 as well....

5'10 220 IS a big back though....I think you mean more like the 5'10 205 guys
