Thankfully Stallions took his delusions and obsessions to football, guy has the personality that coulda easily made him a serial killer or something along those lines.

Normally you would say them continuing to say it's all about "cheeseburgers" is just willful ignorance, but they've proven time and time and time and time and time again that they are just plum dumb.

It makes perfect sense

So much of what he has done only makes sense if you assume he has the Worst case of Main Character Syndrome on Earth.

From that perspective, the Netflix special will let the whole world know just how right and perfect and special he is and now everyone will finally see it

There is a chance he will be disappointed with the actual outcome

And yes, there were bribes to keep people silent about it, which is bad...but the only impact on the integrity of the actual game is that they just ended up with better players. This whole elaborate cheating and infiltration scheme is way worse than anything they ever did.
