Ran into a friend yesterday and chatted a bit. It's not my story to tell and I am taking his word at face value as someone I've known for a long long time, and I must qualify it by saying they aren't quite ready to publish the stories yet, but this gif summarizes how I felt about a few things he told me.

You have the FBI scouring a coordinator's hard drive. You have an analyst (who nobody knew) sneaking hard drives out of the facility after he was suspended for running a cheating operation. Just that alone would have any rational person saying there is something horribly rotten in that program.
