Here's what I want:
LOIC specifically faulting senior university leadership (Ono)
Games forfeited and B1G championships stripped, NC stripped
Roster/Scholarships lowered to 90 (from the new limit of 105) for next three years
Three year post-season ban
One year suspension and multiple year show cause for Sharrone

Here's what I'll be satisfied with:
LOIC specifically faulting senior university leadership (Ono) (this one's non-negotiable)
Games vacated and 21-22 B1G championships stripped
Roster/Scholarships lowered to 95 for next two years
Two year post-season ban
4 game suspension for Sharrone

I'm not so worried about the crime they get found guilty of - I'm more worried about the punishment.
The games will not be forfeited. They just won't be. Maybe start with that and then let them talk us back to "vacated". But yes, they should be vacated. And it should be 21-23. They were still cheating after Stalions was discovered.
At least a two-year post-season ban, preferably three. I don't care about scholarship reductions - they won't get any good scholarship players anyway. What quality players will go to a team with no chance of making the playoffs?
I don't care if Moore gets punished. Let him stay there and take his beating. In fact, force him to stay there. Say he can't take a job anywhere else - he has to stay at *ichigan.

Has there been a published statement of cheating post-Stalions or is this just a “belief”. I have not seen any.

Rather than belief I would call it knowledge. Anyone with eyes could see they were still cheating.

But, as I’ve said before and will say again. I did an analysis that showed that they reverted to the mean inside the red zone, especially defensively. And spin pass reverted to the mean inside the red zone, but probably for different reasons.

But both continued to perform at an only slightly reduced level, adjusted for competition, outside of the red zone

In other words, DSA was completely consistent with the cheating having been moved to the press box. The extra latency in communication limited the effectiveness of the cheating, especially in the red zone, but it was still happening

This kind of shit he says isn't even quirky and charming, it's just straight up fucking weird.

Like if Harbaugh wasn't a famous football coach and just a "normal" every day guy he'd probably be tabbed as someone people thought would be likely to be something like a child predator or someone who it wouldn't be shocking if they went postal and shot up a mall or something.
