With the CMU situation how do you give them a pass on 2023 ??

So we know you cheated your balls off, but since you won the Natty it's all good. That isn't going to play well with the rest of college football.

They’re in denial and saying the reports are made up on MGoBlog right now. I’m trying to find a decent summary of all the players leaving their program so I’ve been looking around on their boards for the first time in awhile.

Yeah. This will absolutely fuel the belief that Simple Jim wanted to stay, but Ono (the biggest jock-sniffer I've ever seen in higher education) couldn't get it done, though most of the tantrum will be directed to Warde and the NCAA. My guess is that smirking little cunt of a man will fire Manuel to try and take the heat off himself (it's easy to overlook what a really bad guy Ono is because he's such a clown) even though he made a big spectacle last year of personally taking over Simple Jim's extension negotiations.

It really depends how angry the rest of the conference is imo.
And also what the Feds are up to. Is that a dead end, or real material? If it's something that goes to criminal court, NCAA will have a hard time sweeping it under the rug.

Agreed. Given the unanimous votes that were happening with the university presidents earlier you would want to believe they are still out for blood.

Unless crushing SCUM is somehow going to cause financial harm to the rest of the conference I don't know why they wouldn't kick their heads in. Especially given SCUM's handling of this whole mess.

This is the same stupid shit they said last year. That he was mad about the prove it contract and wanted to feel wanted. So they have gave him a new contract. Ya can't repeat the same shit year after year morons

Ono has a contract on the table for 10 years/125M, but it reportedly has a poison pill buyout for 2024 that will keep NFL teams away. Perhaps Ono is scared that the next coach won't let him shower with the team. dfbia just can't wrap their head around the fact that Simple Jim lied to them the last two years and will keep chasing the NFL until somebody gives him a job. Even if he didn't need to run away from the sanctions this year, he'd still be hiking his skirt at the NFL openings.

TCUN's defense may be decent next year, but man are they taking a beating on the offensive side. Especially their Oline. They aren't really bringing in any portal guys like last year either..
