My early predictions...

St. Ed's & Moeller...the more things change, the more they stay the same. Wouldn't have guessed this one at the start of the playoffs.
Hoban vs. Anderson....oh sweet, sweet heavyweight matchup.
Ursuline vs. Bishop Watterson....maybe the most evenly matched division?
Glenville vs. Taft....in a normal year, maybe the top matchup, but D2 exists this year.
South Range vs. Ironton....suddenly I'm more confident in Ironton, which is probably bad news for them.
Kirtland vs. Coldwater......my most confident matchup lock.
Hillsdale vs. Marion Local.....Columbus Grove is likely a bigger test than either of the other semi matchup teams for Marion Local.

Feel free to throw your own in here.

Hoban vs Avon at Akron u stadium. Basically a home game for Hoban.

I think a good matchup for Hoban. Even though Avon is 14-0, they've had high high's but also low....highs? They've played down to some of their competition, not sure if due to injuries or what. Avon has a big and very, very good OL...rushing for what I would guess is close to 300 yards a game in the playoffs.

Two similar opponents this year in St. Ignatius and Glenville; Avon won 42-21 over Ignatius, Hoban won 45-14. Against Glenville it went Avon 13-12, Hoban won 20-0.

You know Hoban much better than I do, but as long as your DL holds up I think a 14 to 17 point win seems reasonable.
